I have a passion for good nutrition and the role it plays in a person’s overall health, well being and athletic performance. I spent the earlier part of my career working within Human Resources connecting people and their individual strengths, capabilities and opportunities with their goals. That expertise I cultivated created the foundation for my approach to nutrition advocacy and coaching. After observing an increase of various fad diets in my instagram feed, I knew that I wanted to apply my experience to the arena of healthy living.
My approach is to work with each individual client to determine their unique nutritional needs to create a practical nutritional plan that is based on their goals and lifestyle. Whether that be weight loss, to improve overall health or to fuel performance for a specific athletic goal.
Qualifications & Credentials
- Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Westminster.
- Graduate Registrant of the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr)
- Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) through the Association for Nutrition.
- Member of the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) and The Association of UK Dietitians (BDA).
